ARF / Amplist Rights Framework

Intelligent agency for artificial intelligence.

From content rights to authorized use.

Connect permissions, creative workflows, delivery and usage accounting. Start with the capabilities your organization needs.

A modular architecture for authorized content use, built around your organization. Follow the flow end to end, or begin with the single capability that carries the most value.

System overview

One architecture. Your starting point.

A modular architecture, built around your organization. Follow the flow left to right, or start with the single capability that carries the most value.

  1. 01

    Establish rights

    The foundation

  2. 02

    Create & approve

    When needed

  3. 03

    Bind the record

    Content identity

  4. 04

    Authorize & deliver

    Permitted use

  5. 05

    Account & review

    What happened

Existing approved content can enter without generation. Each stage is a boundary you can adopt on its own — permissions govern delivery, authenticated usage feeds accounting, and monitoring matches feed a separate review.

The system

Find your starting scope
01/ 04

Start with what is permitted.

Connect the content you already have to approved rights records. Define the uses, territories, time windows and decision owners that matter to your organization.

A rights-management engagement can create value on its own.

02/ 04

Add creation when it adds value.

Use existing approved content or connect selected creative tools. Review the output and bind its recorded history to the version you plan to release.

Generation is optional. Approval, permission and provenance remain distinct.

03/ 04

Carry permission to the point of use.

Connect the approved rendition to participating delivery systems. Check context, scope and expiry at a boundary the client can control.

Where a use cannot be admitted, apply the agreed fallback.

04/ 04

Know what happened next.

Join authenticated usage to deal rules for accounting. Keep observed matches in a separate evidence workflow for investigation and review.

Recorded delivery, observed reuse and payable usage are different things.

CAMPAIGN → RENDITION → ACCEPTED USE

From approved creative to accountable delivery.

Connect campaign rights, creative variants and publisher insertion. Carry the identity of the approved ad into the records used for reconciliation.

  1. 01

    Campaign & rights

Record the brief, catalog permissions and campaign scope.

  2. 02

    Create & approve

Generate only when needed; review the creative and prepare the exact final bytes.

  3. 03

    Authorize & insert

Check synchronized local state and admit the rendition or a prepared fallback.

  4. 04

    Attribute & reconcile

Join usage to authenticated acceptance, suppress duplicates and apply deal terms.

Implementation requires publisher adapters and a controllable pre-insertion boundary. Observed ad matches stay separate from payable usage.

Point of use

What happens at the point of use?

Try a permitted or blocked rendition. This example shows a decision; it does not connect to a delivery system.

Your scope

Start where the value is.

Choose an outcome, then adjust the capabilities. You can use existing systems to meet the supporting dependencies.

02 / Select capabilities

03 / Resolve supporting dependencies

Every selected capability has its supporting dependencies in scope. Nothing else needs a decision.

Preset: Manage permissions

Illustrative planning tool. No form is submitted. Reloading resets your selection. A focused capability can be the whole engagement — rights management does not require generation, watermarking, ad insertion, commerce or blockchain.

How we help

From a useful idea to a working capability.

As a licensor and partner of Music IP Holdings (MIH), our team connects IP licensing, business goals, rights decisions and engineering. Each phase has a clear outcome and a decision to proceed, revise or pause.

  1. 01

    Strategy session

    Agree the opportunity

Goals, constraints and the first use case.

    What you leave with

Priority use case + next steps

  2. 02

    Discovery & mapping

    Map the rights workflow

Decision owners, existing systems and the gaps between them.

    What you leave with

    Workflow map + owner list

  3. 03

    Design

    Shape the capability

Rules, interfaces and acceptance criteria for the chosen scope.

    What you leave with

    Design + acceptance criteria

  4. 04

    Build & integrate

    Make it work

Reuse strong systems, connect what fits and build the missing behavior.

    What you leave with

    Working capability

  5. 05

    Pilot

    Prove it on real cases

Validate decisions, provenance and evidence against live examples.

    What you leave with

    Validated results

  6. 06

    Operate & expand

    Improve from measured use

Run the capability, measure it and extend to the next scope.
